How to make a video for YouTube?

Like title says I want to show my skills from Mugen, really.

So I got screen recording software Bandicam. But I don't know how to do that.
I want do like this one...

And If there is a tutorial for Fraps and Bandicam I will be pleased.

I used Snagit. Though some of the newer versions aren't free, but it still works pretty good.

Anyway, you have to set up the software to record what part of the screen you want to show your viewers. I like snagit because it's simple to set up a recording. I never used any of the other programs, but I'm sure recording your screen is pretty much the same way.

Well.. Right now I have Bandicam but the problem is I don't know what I need to do!

First I tried target with rectangle on screen then I use size full screen because I use full screen on WinMugen. I tried it out but when I finished it the quality is bad and there are no audio sounds...

What did I do wrong? Please help me!!

well if your audio card records a sound,and also there is a another cards what is not a recording a sound,I have that problem too on my old good computer.
if is audio card not recording a sound...well shit right?

first set the resolution to 640x480 then apply to the mugen screen perfectly not capturing the little gray lines just the screen
