I will like to know how ripper a character about PS2 ? Which software used

This is not a request, but rather a development help question.

Anyway, you'll need a PS2 emulator, the ISO of the game, maybe artmoney (depends on the game), maybe a software such as animget, and the printscreen button in some rare cases.
