If you're gonna insert sprites that don't share palette, it's best to insert them at either the beginning or the end of the sprite file

Do they at least share the same colours? Extract the palette by saving it from an existing sprite. Then use something decent to apply it to your new images.

If they don't show up as unshared, they still need a palette ON them to function.

In M.U.G.E.N there is no magic button

They say a little knowledge is a dangerous thing, but it's not one half so bad as a lot of ignorance.

save them as 8bits .pxc

mmhhh a solution could be this (there was a tutorial on my old forum, but it was hacked u.u)

save you edit sprites, take an sprite(1) of your char, copy you sprite and paste it on the sprite of your char(1) and see if it works

since they have exact colors and you just paste your edit in it, it should work

same colors mostly around 90 % and 10 % the ones i  added for the cloutes i had to make and color them
will try the 8 bit idea and + turn them to pallets also

the share pallete idea work well ^_^ no more gray+black sprite change
thanks for your time

Yea, but not always

Kishios Judgment that I edited had all the shareds at the end, no errors, s'why I said beginning too lol

Overall, end of file is best

Here's a little tip I've picked up for Photoshop. (Just in case)
If your image doesn't have the right palette, make sure you have the ACT file saved on your HDD somewhere, then convert the image to RGB then BACK to indexed. After that you can change the palette, just select Custom and the ACT file you have. BINGO! ;)
