I put some work into the Option screen.

An Animated BG with static tv fuzz and character portraits fading in and out.

Maybe it's too dark, mate.
Add some brightness to the purple part! :)
After that it looks nice and it's a good idea! ;)

The dark part is mugens default overlay and there's no way to change that. Stupid mugen and it's limitations.
 I'll see if I can brighten up the bg maybe a softer color. Hopefully that can make it look less dark.

Yes @Yaret:  if you want me to make portraits for characters let me know. I was mainly talking about the Options screen characters.
But I can make ports for the rest of the sp also.

I Have Good new and Bad News:

BAD:
The only sad thing is I may cancel the option screen idea because the ports look ugly behind mugens defaul overlay I've tried other colors and still it looks too dark and I fucking hate it! So I may just make a simple option screen because mugens limitations suck ass!

GOOD:
I will use the options concept for an intro for the SP. I made a flashy version and a non flashy version, give me your opinions guys because I'm stuck.

Interesting idea.

I like flashy better,but im not sure how i feel about the green backgrounds. Plain didn't look bad but the mirroring was more apparent and the middle was empty.

Make a bosses team (Rugal,Akuma,Geese,???) idk

This idea had to be kept for your screenpack.
Don't worry about option screen, dude. This idea is way better in this form, because it's not killed by the sucking ass limitations that suck ass, you know what I mean! :D ah ah! :D
