I didn't get notified of this tag... $:-\$ Though about Lucia... No, I don't see anything wrong. I'm just not heavily familiar with that attire. Though, that's what she had on in Contra 4 eh? I never got to play that unfortunately. I haven't owned a handheld since Game Gear... I'm so used to her Shattered Soldier look. Although, that does look like her attire in Neo Contra...kinda. I like the new look with her hair down, as she always had it wrapped up in previous installments. Anyway, nice job.

Loving the idea, only nitpick is that is looks very pillow shaded at the moment. You might want to look at other samples of lifebars to have a good idea of what you could try for the shading.
