lulz, sorry. Allow to explain what Heisei is. There were 28 Godzilla movies (29 if you count the crappy American one). There were three different generations, Heisei was the second one, running from 1984 to 1995. look it up on wikipedia, it's pretty easy to understand.
It has something to do with the emperor at the time I dunno. They use the same terms (Showa, Heisei) for Toku shows as well.
