how do you stop hyper moves  from  chaining into ALL other  moves (includes punches and kicks) when extra commands or buttons are inputed or
pressed?

You stop it by not allowing it in the first place.

i  tried that already and it still chains does it have some to do the ctrl?

sorry about that... ,i tried removing  the movecontact trigger as well as the ctrl but that didn't help at all
if thats what you where referring to..btw here's my command if it  helps...

[State -1,senbonzakura ultima ]
type = ChangeState

No worries.

Why is the hitdefattr trigger there? That means you can cancel into it if you're doing any kind of attack at all. You need to remove that. Also, put the ctrl = 1 trigger back. It's necessary.
