What the title said, and I would like it so that transforming is not just for show. I cannot, for the life of me, find one... help please?  :) (sorry if this sounds pushy, but I am asking for help finding one, no need to go out of your way and create one or anything :D)

Nope, not a good one at least, there are some characters with transformations implemented, but the way the transformation state works on mugen makes it night impossible to have a good tranformation character, specially one that holds forms.

I have one that can go ssj1, then ssj3, then ssj4. I would like to know if there is one that goes ssj1-ssj2-ssj3 and perhaps then ssj4....

Not to my knowledge. You say you have one that goes from ssj1 to ssj4, then what's with the topic title?

It's easy, modify it, add it a ssj2 mode and there you go ;)
