You could display them in mugen. But mugen doesn't make the sprites move for you. if you want something to walk you draw each position of the character walking.

Like a cartoon, or a gif animation. Lots of images strung together to give the impression of movement.

Rajaa's right, those sprites are not enough. Over half aren't even suitable. They'd work ok for RPGmaker though.
