I need help! I've had this problem for about a year!

OK, I need big help!

I can't log onto MSN messenger, hotmail, or even play online games! >_<

I've been having this problem for like a year, mabey even longer! :wall:

Any help?  :help:

P.S. I'm having the MSN error 80048820.

MSN and hotmail use to play up for me too.

Maybe they're just very errory.


Also, which online games? What errors do you get?

Did you look that up ? Things like the firewall seem to be a good suspect if other games are blocked too.

Still ain't workin after tryin all those.

My firewall is turned off. (man no wonder I managed to get all those viruses.)

I just dosen't load at all, it just stays like that.

You said you got alot of viruses.. delete those. it might help, or you need better internet. or better processor or better graphics card
