I'm trying to make a storyboard. I already made one that was 4 pictures long, but I'm having trouble with my 2nd.
I optimize the pictures I need (ie, open up the pallete icon, hit optimize, and save ther picture), save them as a PCX file, but that only seems to work for the first picture...the rest show up weird, even if I do that for all of them.

Yet for some reason, some of them do show up fine...and other times, even when it appears normal in Fighter Factory, it'll be distorted in the actual intro...ugh.

I'm horribly confused by all this...
