Not really. The new cast in 2002UM mostly uses data from 99/2000 instead of 2001.

In Xiangfei's case it's a mix of both (her basics use 99 data for the most part).

Basically her command throw SDM has different versions and they are selected randomly.

I basically need someone to try the sdm raw 100 times and jot down the results (out of those 100, how many of them were a specific version). It would help me a lot.

The more samples the best, too.

Well after doing the SDM 50 times (Because I am a lazy butt), here is what happened.
Apparently, after doing the SDM a certain amount of times, the points messages changes from '103' to '2002', an obvious nod to the title of the game. I got this after 17 regular SDM hits, then it happened again, and afterwards came back twice after 20 SDM hits.
This message pops up 4 out of 50 landed hits. Hope it helps.

Hunting them down with Artmoney might help too.
At least to get a hold of the formula used there by SNKP.

Or you can just go with your own routine, it's not like you're going to perform 100 SDMs in a match

I can force the game to perform the super for me, but I'm not sure how I'd go about finding the actual address for how often she actually does it.

For Shingo's critical hits I got a big enough sample and got a rough estimate of the probability (in 02UM he's quite lucky: 47% chance).

I then spiced things up by allowing the player to continue a critical string if their timing was 100% spot-on in MAX cancels.

I think it can be found but might be painful. No need to go that deep into accuracy for that feature (and yes, that's coming from me :p), as long as you get a close enough sample.

So Xiangfei's basically done, I just need to wrap up a few details.

However, there's a special new WIP coming soon!

First one to guess what it is will get special access to my super-personal-VIP-only-ultra-private-hidden-out-of-reach-and-amazing WIP folder.

HOWEVER there's gonna be 3 rules!

1. If I have received a file from you in the past week on Skype you cannot enter the contest or help people guess.
2. You may only ask YES or NO questions.
3. If you already know you may not enter the contest.
4. One question per post.

Basically NO SPOILERS PLS or heads will be rolling.

If no one gets it right then I'm afraid I'll have to switch the WIP to something boring like kyo 94.

You guys have ONE WEEK.
