It's died down compared to years past, but it's still there.

Run wouldn't work for Street Fighter without altering the entire dynamic of the metagame. It would also take away from Guy's unique movement options.

Expect nothing, but remeber everything.+ I am tired. Future spot for Doraemon in MvC picture, the second I learn to create it. (Even further: Pepsiman for Mvc picture.) Insert random Doraemon anime .gif. (Also, Pac-Man Delta whaling on a MLP character .gif........) Now, Wipeout....... OTHER STUFF? Needs blue SSB 64 Mario in tornado .gif......... Add Super Mario Fighters 3 sprite here........ Also, now doing KFA stuff...

El Fuerte is more like a comic relief than a real Lucha Libre fighter in SF, as Dan Hibiki and Rufus. Tizoc and Ramon made a better job with that thing in KOF franchise, IMO. Also, I expected some references from Slam Masters franchise on him

Lucha Libre can get as cheesy as El Fuerte in real life, I think his personality is totally intentional.

Maybe, but I'm still thinking El Fuerte doesn't represent LL well, IMO. I don't know the others, but since always I think El Fuerte's story was copied from ClayFighter's Kung Pow, a chinese chef who's also a martial artist and Sumo Santa's bodyguard... and want to combine both things: cook and fighting, as can be seen in his moves (oh yeah, Capcom copying Interplay LOL)

He got a luchador mask instead for his main costume. In the Alt Costume, he got a Penacho, which is even more Mexican, pre-hispanic.
