Just wondering if there's a public IKEMEN of cartoon characters....it seems the only ones are the street fighter-ish ones. Not that realistic chars arent the shit....just would like to play against someone with a mix of all characters.
best way is to try and make your own. Ikemen for the most part has great support for mugen stuff, whether winmugen 1.0 and onwards.
