Wassup everyone, been lowkey fixing this chris up for about a month, its a edit of chazzonova and rei's work

EDIT: Just added that the character is infinite style so people know what to expect

-S.LP, S.MP, S.HP and both S.LK are slow imo
-LP can't chain with another LP, also C.LP to C.LP
-Tsuki wo Tsumu Honoo has a flame for its landing animation
-Kagami wo Hofuru Honoo is done with D,DB,B+P but the readme input is D,DB,B+K
-Shishi wo Kamu Honoo is doable only when Chris is near the opponent and it is performed with B,DB,D,DF,F+K, but on the readme input is D,DB,B,D,DF,F+K

Gotta agree with 187 the attacks do feel pretty slow, also aren't POTS-style characters supposed to chain LP or LK to an extent? Usually LP or LK to a Medium or even a Special...I could be overlooking it though each character is unique after all.

thanks for the feedback, im gonna wait a lil bit to update him to see if i can get more feedback so i dont have to upload him every 20 minutes, but know he will be updated.

Some feedback
-Standing HP's second hit misses certain characters up close. i would suggest adding a small amount of pushback on the first hit of standing HP

-All variants of Taiyou wo Iru Honoo when hitting the opponent changes to an invalid action of 9751 when it should be 9741.
-seems to happen only on 1.1 but the sparks helper cause a "Parent in retargeted trigger has been destroyed". Mainly found this issue in all variants of Taiyou wo Iru Honoo & Sanagi Yaburi wo, wa mau chou
-Sanagi Yaburi wo, wa mau chou's Background helper is misaligned.

Much better. i noticed a couple more things.
-when using direction change on the opponent, the opponent changes to an invalid action.

Look for this in statedef 1505

-Change the DestroySelf time in The helper state of Sanagi Yaburi wo, wa mau chou to time = 149 so the helper doesn't last until the next round.
The reason to use time = 149 is that when chris retruns to his standing state the helper is destroyed with no debug flood.

-Remove these from the landing state of Tsuki wo Tsumu Honoo to prevent chris from turning into purple flame when he lands lol.

-MP>Spinning Array>Heavy/Ex Direction Change is a infinite combo.

-Direction Change triggers some weird animations on certain characters, you might want to check this out.

i decrease the time the op is in stun during the move
Increasing the start animation a bit sounds like a better solution imo, since that without follow up this move seems pretty useless.

I always found it odd that the last part of the attack doesn't hit the opponent. I was wondering if you could find a way for the last part the twister drive attack to connect to the opponent or what would be the point of it.

Yo Prime SC I love what you did with Chris he plays very solid. I do have a suggestion on his level 1 and 2 of Twister Drive. Yeah this, sorry for the mistake, on KoF he has a little delay before he jumps, you should do that to avoid infinites and not make the special useless.

@shadic, im not to sure i can make that combo without making the move look awkward since the hit before that is a like a upper kick i would have to delay the time hes in the air just to make the last kick combo.

Yeah it would be cool if you could delay the last attack when the opponent is within range of it. Or you could make it that the upper kick doesn't make the opponent go really high in the air so the last part of the attack can actually connect. To me it feels like you are not getting the full damage of Twister Drive which feels like a waste.

Congratulations Prime! Now the New Faces is complete!
Just a small correction, the "Twister Driver" (level 1 and level 2, "QCBx2 + K") is only done by the normal version of Chris, and in this case is being done by Orochi mode, it is up to you to change or No, but I thought you should report this...

Yo Prime SC I ran into a little problem with Orochi Chris involving his default palette. As I wanted to make Chris and Orochi Chris separate individuals I disabled mode change and can't seem to figure out how to select Orochi Chris default Red scheme. The palette selector only gives me normal Chris color blue and green. Is there a way to fix this?

Ok usually when characters have different modes I usually make them individuals so I can make portraits for them and make them play separate instead of mode changing in the middle of the fight. If someone found some way to make the character life bar portrait change when they transform then I would not bother making them into individuals.

So recently ive found this enjoyment in fixing character bugs and editing and whatnot but i dont know who to go about next, well i do but i wanna see what u guys would like first so here's the plan, Give me a pots style or infinite character you know needs bug fixes or an update tell me exactly what the problems are with character and if i like the character ill fix and update them. The character has to have been out for awhile and u believe the creator wont update or fix bugs in the character anymore.

P.s havent forgot about u shadic, ill inbox u in a little bit.

well shin rei did have a leona that would do that throw animation repeatedly and theres his whip edit he did however for the life of me i cant find it anymore so out of luck with that

I have a suggestion. How about Black Widow by Memo? He did release a beta, but I don't think he ever finished the character. Here are the issues with the character:

-She is missing sounds like her grenades exploding and air HP hit sound.
-She has KFM's voice.
-She doesn't have an EX version of her Slide Kick and Wall Jump/Evade, but they was already mentioned in her readme.
-Her grab is unfinished as it does no damage and the opponent falls to the ground before being thrown.

I think the link where I got her is dead, so I will have to send you a link if you want.

I'd recommend doing some fixes on the Froz characters, they're great edits but I see plenty of bugs in those guys.

I have a suggestion. How about Black Widow by Memo? He did release a beta, but I don't think he ever finished the character. Here are the issues with the character:

-She is missing sounds like her grenades exploding and air HP hit sound.
-She has KFM's voice.
-She doesn't have an EX version of her Slide Kick and Wall Jump/Evade, but they was already mentioned in her readme.
-Her grab is unfinished as it does no damage and the opponent falls to the ground before being thrown.

I think the link where I got her is dead, so I will have to send you a link if you want.

and she needs her marvel vs capcom infinite voice as well

alot of the characters they naming off are pretty old, what if they discovered terry a year or 2 later and didnt want to revive a old topic? remember to say what exactly needs to be fixed with the chars being named to so i know what im working with. i mine as well let u guys know while im here that the next char im updating/fixing is juri by chucho that was edited by rei. it'd be nice to have a sfiv char in pots style, ive already finished updating the hitboxes and frame data on normals to ssfiv ae. i hope to be done in the next coming week, thanks for the suggestions yall, but remember to say what needs to be fixed on the chars.

what's up with those Terry requests. There's so many of them and all of options are good characters. Both Memo and Vyn are still active too. CrazyKoopa probably not, but PeXXeR already fixed known bugs in that character.

Not sure what to suggest. I would prefer something new instead of 10th version of the popular character in this style. Or continuing abandon projects like Varo_hades' Vega (claw) – maybe he would share it to someone willing to finish him. If I remember correctly from the wip topic all he needed was finishing some EX moves and converting it all to latest pots system.

chucho chars certainly needs work to be considered polished. Juri's sprites are impressive, so great choice.

thanks man,  finished updating/fixing all the specials, they all have ssfiv ae frame data and hitboxes now im moving on to essential gameplay of her, Do yall think she needs another lvl 1/2 super? or shes good? im thinking about just giving her a ranbu style super just so she has 2 lvl 1/2 supers.

juri's ability in sfiv is that after she does the initial kick if you hold down the button she doesn't release it until you let go. does she have that?
