I never really know what to say with these things, so I guess I'll just start with the basics. I'm interested in getting some original characters. However, I myself have no idea how to code or anything else involved in their creation, and I'm not particularly interested in taking the time to learn. I originally found the site through a google search for "Mugen Character Commissions," which took me to a thread someone had made here. I don't plan on making an actual request of my own until I've poked around a few more of this site's resources, however...That being said, yes, I am willing to pay should someone express interest creating what I want.
thing is original creations take time and a lot of effort and there arent many ppl willin to put in that time and most of the guys that are, are doing their own projects that occupy most of their spare time. but still, goodluck

indeed i think it would be. that way you have ctrl over how things are/look. also it will cost nothing except your spare time and patience
