Invisible in game!

hey guys so i made a special move similar to kens upper cut and such right and when i hit run in mugen it looks beautiful. Then i go to my mugen and launch the game from its folder and when i do the move he turns invisible for the entire move. how do i fix that.

In fighter factory,  click sprites on top,  save as,  mugen 1.0, save.
Then click sprites,  save as,  mugen beta,  save,  if you want to be compatible
With win mugen also.

I had this problem before and found a fix doing this.
