I have three versions of MUGEN.

A "mainframe" MUGEN with all of my characters stored in it.

A "main" MUGEN that I play on when I am seriously playing.

And a "travel" MUGEN that I carry along in a flashdrive.

I lost count on the number of characters in my mainframe.

I have about 100 in the main. And I have 45 in my travel.

Consider the function of the MUGEN version when deciding when you have "too many" characters.

Add Super Mario Fighters 3 sprite here........ Also, now doing KFA stuff...

Ditto. I'll have two copies that are massive, just one that is portable and one that is on my laptop. Nice idea!!

I had 3200 characters in my roster while my device only supported by Intel Atom.

No i'm not kidding.

Is there even that many interesting characters out there? I would not be surprised, were Megauploud and esnips helpful?

That and warehousing sites are helpful as well. As well as lurking the guild every once in a while.

Well, I mostly hunt for strange edits, surf around Japanese websites, and look for almost hentai but not quite characters, which has just filled the EVE roster. :p

I have about 1500 on my computer, and it runs fine no issues. So its good for me to have a huge roster. But it depends on your tastes.
