I'm new to MUGEN, and was wondering, is it possible to change it so that the cpu plays my team mate in team co-op?

its not really important, its just that I like to play dramatic battles where its 2 on two fighting, and sometimes I'm by myself. is there a way to do this?

Well, huh, yeah.
Its one of the default options.

Select "Team Arcade" instead of "Team Co-op"  ;)
