Is there any way to fix this stage?

Okay, so I downloaded this orgasmic stage, and I tried it out. Works and all, but the problem is, it cuts the top of my lifebar off. Is there any way fix the problem? Stage link and picture below.

Open up the SFF using Mugen Character Maker.
Locate the sprite and it's group number.
Open up the Stage.def.
Find the Sprite's group number and delete it from the Def.

Eh, sorry about that. Well, can someone better explain to me what to do? I'm not exactly sure what MU means about deleting the group number from the DEF. Please and Thank you.
