Is there any way that I can modify my low-res screenpack to work with winmugen+?

Because if I use a low res screenpack with winmugen+ the character select screen would be really small. I really like my current low-res screenpack and I don't want to have to switch to a hi-res screenpack... I also really want to use those hi-res stages...

Yes.

You would need to extract all of the sprites from your screenpack. Double those sprites' size. Use Gimp or Photoshop and and redraw over the sprites so that they don't look like blown up low-res shit.

Then you would need to make a Hi-res screenpack with those sprites.

Possibly a link to where you got the screenpack from, or uploading iy somewhere and giving him a link to that.

Go to your mugens Data folder Grab the following files.
- System.sff
- System.def
- Select.def

Then zip them together and upload them to a website, send them to me by click the talk bubble under my name in this thread and giving me the link it gives you.
