Is this trigger possible?

(I will keep this short, sweet and to the point)

Is it possible to make something trigger if my character is in between a certain amount of health/life?
Example: If my character's health/life is in between 800 to 600 he can execute a special move, but if its higher than 800 or lower than 600 he is now unable to do so. I hope you understand.

In simple terms? In order to do this special move, your health/life has to be somewhere in between 800 and 600.

Sorry, this is far too simple so rather than explaining anything, take a look. Doing that would be faster than ASKING us.

I am so sorry, I dont know what I was thinking last night. I must of been tired. *sigh* but I got it now... again I'm sorry...
But thank you guys for at least replying.
