Produce some quality material/videos to entertain my 6 years old niece that should replace those awful, dumb Barbie films that are pretty much girls her age have to watch.
She is smart and should be being introduced to positive female role models involved in engineering, science, mathematics, biology and other awesome stuff like this.

The other one is make my company worth a fair bit of money so I can sell it in the end of 2014 and take 6 months off to fly around the world to drink with friends.

Pretty good resolutions, but the last one is the most important of them all.
Wait a few years more to have one. You will be more stable, financially speaking, and you will have built a much solider connection with your wife.
It gets much easier to raise a children with that. :)

Stability is far too important in order to have a family. Don´t ever consider having children without being financially stable. Getting to know couple is really important.

The trick to achieve what I want is not saying what I want to achieve.

Thats true, but some people think that they should have enough money to buy a Private Jet in order to have children or to take things to the next level as a couple.

I have a friend that is been restraining himself from proposing to his gf because he doesn't own a house. He told me several times "how am I going to be married with her if I'll be living in a dump". I told him that there's nothing wrong in renting... for me it seems more of a rationalization for not marrying than a real problem.

The way I see it, if you're worried about children weighing you down, then yeah, you're not ready for kids. If you're worried that you'll be a bad parent, chances are you're ready for parenthood because you're already putting your hypothetical kids' well-being over your own. Financial stability doesn't hurt, however.

Resolutions
- Learn how to play the bass guitar
- Develop a workout plan to commit to that isn't influenced by my current mood and just becomes a daily function.
- Get serious about future goals.
- Finish Pupa, BHM, and a one of two secret projects for MUGEN.
