been trying to check out some japanese websites but I keep hitting the same page when looking at muteki's site

don't tell me all the best japanese mugen websites are gone?

No prob, you're not the first one who ask about japanese sites.
It's always a good idea to check mugen creator database just in case you're unsure if a mugen author got moved to another site.
