Could you list the changes you made to the chars you are updating. You called the updates betas so I'm wondering if these changes are major?

I also didn't mention the new palettes for Chun-Li, including the 1000+ individual palettes that make up the combined Mystique palette. And some of these are just notes to myself of things I still have to do, and this is all not counting my 11 page document of shit I still need to fix
