just a request of a advice on how to begin

after a lot of time playing mugen only now I want to begin creating somenthing.
I was thinking, for start, in just create some moves/specials to some character, or take some special of some character and put in other, this kind of thing.

so, anyone here could just give me some inicial info on how I start? wich program I should use? how do I find the move/special that i would want to put in some other character?

Tutorials are your friend. There is one in the mugen folder itself. Many round the internet, here google is your friend. And youtube has some stuff too.

While you go through the tutorials, have a look at some existing characters as well and make sense of those.
