Not really mentioning, he also has a special helper for specials move finishes.

I'm not entirely sure if Yonokaze inflicts a custom state. It's probably not worth the trouble either way.

No, it wouldn't make sense, and is not worth the hassle. The super KO BG if set to trigger when the char KOs p2 while in the super state. This isn't in response to you, Infinite. I know you know this and you've already explained it mostly. Just shedding a bit more light on it. Anyway, if said char is hit, they are no longer in the super state, though rather in a hit state. Whether the hit state is custom or not, doesn't matter. They're no longer in the state in which it is required for the super BG/finish to trigger, therefore it doesn't trigger. No, it's not worth the trouble. As it's a rare occurrence as is imo. Along with other factors that present itself with having it trigger no matter if the char is in the state or not.

Though, perhaps I should test your latest version you just released...
Oppsss. I just remembered that I had a Mediafire link up also and I never once updated that link. so if anyone downloded him from Mediafire you most likely still have the first version of him. I will upload the newest update of him to Mediafire right now.
Uhh i know this might sound dumb but did you update and re-upload all the chars with the hit bug fixed? just asking cause im about to re-download all your chars but i dont wanna do that before you updated them.
I just downloaded a fresh copy of Kain from your Skydrive and changed the config to Chain Combos/Air Combos, after playing with him, his Down + Hard Punch (launcher) wont connect on any character in Arcade and in Training. His older version did connect.
A little off topic for Deadpool- Doing HK Kata-a-Rama after a hard knockdown into a super will have the super do no damage.

Infinite... Remember when me and C.A.N said that Kain can ignore hitstun? I caught this in one of my attempts making a video. I cropped it to the AI problem.
I checked the source game and he didn't seem to have autoguard in that move there. (it was his TOP move BTW)
