this is a HR version of the old kasumi, whats missing is HR portraits other than that its complete.

this is in releases for older mugen; HR portraits aren't possible this way

Yeah her sprites are good and she plays well to me, but her collision boxes are just a mess. All of her animations have very disperportionate boxes. In one super, she and her striker have a red boxes covering their entire bodies.

Huge improvment over the previous sprites. I definitely hate his pillow shading style, but proportions and overall animations are good.
Can't say I'm a huge fan of the overpowered gameplay, but Akkin has included some of the normal DoA combos in a 2D environment, and this is cool.

The animation improved even more than the sprites. So much it makes me believe that someone else sprited this and Akkin just coded it.

It did? Still looks like lazy animating to me.

  • Boobs only jiggle in stance and walk anims, and even then the movement's awkward. In the rest of the anims they just stay firmly in place. This may sound stupid, but... come on. It's like censored Mai.
  • The way the jump is animated is just so unnatural. Artist needs to take a look at CvS2 Chun-Li's jump for reference.
  • The taunt does not have enough frames for a smooth animation.
  • j.LP = "I'm gonna lower my hand and it's gonna hurt you!!!"
  • j.HP - pretty useless in function, has almost no range to it, and the priority given to it doesn't really help it much.
  • c.HK - this one's called the catherine wheel
  • f+LP - clunky posAdds
  • HCF+HP throw. Dear god that custom state is so hilariously awful.
  • air.hitvels are puny
  • For the counter, at least have some visual indication of which one does what. The light version is supposed to be for aerial attacks, so have her arms be more oriented upwards, and since the heavy is for ground attacks, make her arms more oriented towards the center.
  • The specials have almost no impact to them. It's like I'm not even using a special. Puny hitvels, no envshake, default hitsounds... :gonk:
  • s.HP, the entire pose, the animation, just looks uncomfortable. Not to mention the outstretched arm looks smaller than what it should be.
  • I can crouch while running
  • infinite, and it's not just in the corner, it can be done midscreen

Rest of the feedback's still valid, but I seriously hate crouching while running since most games don't do that, so that is a personal peeve of mine in this particular instance.
