Kazuya is the protagonist of Taito's Global Champion, better known by its Japanese name, Kaiser Knuckle, and sometimes known as Dan-Ku-Ga, the unreleased updated version. He is voiced by Kazuki Yao, who also voiced Shidoh in Death Note, Jango, Mr. 2 Bon Clay, and Franky all three in One Piece, Jack Levin in F-ZERO: Falcon Densetsu and several others in this list.

To download him, go to this link -> http://cid-60b887cbcca86a5d.skydrive.live.com/home.aspx

Click on the folder titled as "MUGENキャラ・パッチ", click on "kazuya" and click on the download link.

Here is the author's homepage:

My Mugen Wish List would include protagonists, mascots and other iconic characters with everything they have brought straight from their source with little or no editing.

Never heard of the character or game, but he looks quite SFII-ish. Seems interesting for my "classic" fighters Mugen. *DOWNLOADS*

Other characters from this game that are available for MUGEN are these:

Lihua (one by seki-rou, and one by Shacti)
Gonzales (by seki-rou)
Azteca (by seki-rou)
Marco (by Nicholas James & Cenobite 53)
General (by adamskie; there are also a couple of AI patches for this character: one by tokume (which is a bit better), and one by Aggli at Windows Live (which is nearly identical to his AI on the hardest difficulty setting in the game. Even harder than Akuma/Gouki in SSFII Turbo on the hardest difficulty setting.)

Someone also released Liza here, but it is now offline; however, you might want to try using the Way Back Machine at Internet Archives to check if it's been preserved there, or ask some people if they have it. Otherwise, wait for someone like seki-rou to convert her, since the Liza I saw doesn't have the "Crush" meter.

For stages, I only know two stages from the game were created, and these are:

Marco stage (by SPAN)
Gonzales stage (by Reginukem)

My Mugen Wish List would include protagonists, mascots and other iconic characters with everything they have brought straight from their source with little or no editing.

I'm downloading Kazuya and Azteca. They seem great. I like SF II style on sprites. Congratulations on the release.  :sugoi:
