Watch the SF2 animated movie niggas.  The brainwashed Ken in that is where SNK got the concept for Violent Ken.

Evil Ken is a fan made concept, a "what if" Ken had the killing intent.

In SVC Chaos, Violent Ken's Shinbuu Messatsu has a ridiculous Skull in the power pillar. Doesn't make sense at all.
