I guess you're new, so you don't know what's behind all that. Let's resume :
- Several years ago, after making Shin Gouki, Ryu, etc., POTS decided to make a Ken, but he lost motivation in the process.
- This beta version of Ken was leaked (by POTS himself maybe), and people only had this unfinished buggy version of a forthcoming great character.
- Some months ago, a new creator appears : Jmorphman. He uses a lot of POTS' code, and creates a very good Joe with POTS' system. Some months later, he does the same with Chunli.
- A few weeks ago, TMasta, spriting partner of POTS (for Violent Ken for example) asked Jmorphman if he'd like to finish Ken. Jmorphman accepted, and here comes the mighty WIP topic I linked too (even though this topic mostly is about palette submission and who is better between Gundam and Evangelion).

By super cancels, do you mean cancelling a special into a super (which most Kens have ... I guess), or do you rather mean cancelling Supers into other Supers ?
Well, in the latter case, Warusaki3's Ken should have it if you select the correct groove I guess.
