So I got bored one day and decided to go through and update some of my unfinished characters, giving them new systems among other things. This was my Ken(one of them lol). He has new fx, new dust, color separation(all of which is thanks to P.O.T.S and Jmorphman) a new voice and other stuff. He's not finished yet due to me being undecided on a system.

Current system (Meter = 1000 power):
Parry
EX moves (Use 1 meter)
Super Moves (Use 2 meter)
An Ultra move (Uses 4 meter)
X Counter (Uses 2 meter)
Custom Combo (Uses 4 meter)
Special and Super cancels
More?

None of his attacks make hitsounds or guard sounds.

You used

hitsound = 2,0
guardsound = 6,0

in your codes. It should be

hitsound = s2,0
guardsound = s6,0

When hit during the Custom Combo, the opponent can use air recovery moves. The opponent should fall without any chance of air-recovering. The concept of air recovery inexist in SF games (except SFZ3).

In your codes you use the parameter

air.recover = 0

in your hitdefs. The parameter air.recover doesn't exist in Mugen (because if it existed, well, KFM's air recovery shown above wouldn't happen), so it's safe to remove all those lines in which it appears.

adjust his moves accordingly to gain the power in a balanced manner.

Meter is like that intentionally. He builds meter fairly easily and his ex moves are a little broken in cases.

I'll update him as soon as I get internet. I forgot to use him outside of CFJ2. Sorry for the mess ups

Got to look at the videos today:

On the Annie one, lp shoryuken's damage was wrong. I forgot a trigger for the lp version. Im removing the second shoryuken juggle possibility.
-
One the other woman: air tatsu recovery time was increased and the transition state was changed. Air tatsu hitvel wad adjusted as well. Should make that juggle harder. Damage was also reduced to 42 a hit

Sorry about the mess ups, guys. I reuploaded him with the same link. Changes(off the top of my head):
-Air tatsu recovery time was increased from 3 ticks to 6. Transitional state was adjusted. Hitvel was adjusted and hit count was reduced.
-air recovery is no longer allowed during CC(Unless I messed up)
-Ex tatsu's damage was reduced by 7
-lp shoryuken can only juggle once after air tatsu now(I think. Its hard to test that now)
-added a missing sound on his cc start up
-added missing sound to his X counter
-fixed his hitsounds and fixed some Fsounds that were still around for some reason
-forgot what else was fixed

The hadoukens are a little difficult to super cancel. and yea im having the same problem.

Did you have that problem with the CFJ2 characters by any chance? Im trying to remember if I changed anything. I'll look later today if I can(have to help someone move)

I never had this trouble with CFJ2 chars as far as I can remember. :-\

I tested it with my fightpad this time and the only moves that seem to have issues are ex hadouken and ex tatsu. And its kind of rare. Its twice as bad on my keyboard.

On the Ryusenkyaku thing, his ultra uses 3 kicks instead of 1. Most of my characters use that format now. I didnt notice that part of the post before, sorry.

Found a couple missing sounds again. I also adjusted the AI and scaled it for the people having issues with it for some reason : p. Slightly increased the range of c.hp(like 2 pixels?). Should make c.lk,c.lp - c.hp xx whatever easier. Im still looking at my hitvels and power gains. I might increase the meter gain on hits to slightly make up for the larger meter

I'm still using the old version of this that uses the 3-Meter system. Is that completely overhauled in this version in favor of the one with 4 and custom combos?

If you see a Diverien, it's almost definitely me. So say hi :D

You mean the LA system Ken from years ago?

This one uses a 4k system to cap the number of ex moves and supers he can do. In exchange, the ex moves tend to be a little stronger. Same for supers. He builds meter at the same rate as one of the CFJ2 characters would(Im probably going to change it from base 70 to 90 instead). This Ken is my strongest yet(and my 4th Ken :p)

That would be the Ken I'm referring to. I try to keep only one of each named character in my roster, and I've been using that Ken since you released him :P However if this Ken is superior, I suppose that's how things go. I don't exactly know all the intricacies that go along with 2D fighting, so I just kind of keep what feels good lol
