Kid Goku's "Afterimage Technique" With an after image effect?

Like in the anime this will be Kid Goku's teleportaion move. Similar to Choujin's Z button command.

But like the anime I would like to use a transparent effect for light and strong moves after teleporting for 3 ticks or summat for the frame before the teleport effect begins.

Dammit, I wish I could word this better.
