Killer Instanct vs. Mortal Kombat

A while ago, I have seen a video of a complete game called "Killer Instinct vs. Mortal Kombat" on, of all places, Youtube. It came with a download link. However, I did not download it as the link was broken... and soon the video was gone.

As the title implies, it is the Mortal Kombat (I think it was sprite rips from MK III) versus the Killer Instinct (Arcade rips, from both games) cast. I have been looking for this game for a VERY long time, and it has seemed to dissapear into internet oblivion (if such a thing exists.)

If you happen to have a download link, torrent link, or, if you even have links to some of the Killer Instinct characters (some I cannot find.) Please post them here.

Some details I remember:

Combined Combo system from both games, and is used depending on which side you play as (obviously)
Shang Tsung being able to transform in Killer Instinct characters.
Original "flaming" screen pack (I'm not sure if it was from another screenpack or if it was original)

I can't create sigs for crap. At least its 500x187
