Well, wanted to save all these for the holidays, but why not? Palettes for over 15 characters are done, most of which are really delayed requests. Few requests are still to be finished however.
But before I continue, I want to make a short update regarding future requests.
~Characters must be at least available somewhere in either storage sites or mugen forums that can be found via search engines.
~No more then 3 characters per requests, going above the limit and I might still take your requests but only up to 3.
~Due to busier times, request may take a tad longer depending on my motivation and how long a set will do. My way of palette making is not like the others for I tend to take even more time on a set.
And that's all.
Sets have been grouped by authors for easier downloading instead of separate. Also included Color charts within the download.

With the release of Chrono Phantasma in the arcades, all palettes for all characters as well as DLC sets have been posted. In this set I had attempt to recreate DLC colors to Neat Unsou's Nu, with the exception of Justice color as it was as a straight port from BBEX. Keep in mind this isn't accurate or ported so it will end up different when the console port palettes are up. Hence it has "BBCP" in their names.
Included with the set are 2 original palettes I made in past years.

And finally, an apology for delaying this request for half a year. So for now, this will do until the full set is done.
The first(?) completed palette that utilizes what can be adjusted in the color table and sprites.
The remaining ones are Dante/Vergil by Bugya and Date/Kojuro by Neat Unsou. I don't know how long it will take for all to be finished, but I will do my best to complete these sets.
