It's been a while since I've made a WIP thread. Progress is going rather smoothly. Here's what to to expect:

-KOF Gameplay over SVC
-Better MAX cancels
-Nicer looking throws
-Features from other games that Hugo has appeared in
-Colour Separation (level of separation approved by  Jmorphman)
-Maybe more? This is a WIP thread after all.

Any suggestions? I'd love to hear them.  8)

Did you expected to do Hugo with an exaggerated height, like in this picture :


Or did you give him a more human size, which is more in the KOF style ?

According Capcom wikia : Alex'height is 1,93 m and Hugo's height is 2,40 m. There is only 47 cm difference (or 18 inches). Yes, Hugo is big, but not like this picture.

SNK went nuts with his size in SvC, Koot is using those sprites to code him.
Giving Hugo realistic proportions would mean resprite the whole character, wich is a no-no in my book

Hmmm you have a point there. Better than nothing I suppose. We can just give him a short story that Hugo had a minor growth spurt lol.
