xaxxbxxxc, according to what K.O.D said to Shion, he can request characters that require special actions to get such as registering to forums. Just send them to him rather than asking him to register in forums that can tend to be a pain in the ass to sign up for.
Actually, He said since there's no set rules its entirely up to the posters ethic's/whatever.This being the case, Go ahead and send him the characters, just don't tell others to.

Mugenation's not a warehouse anymore. There's just a database there now.Also, TC: MvC Rock Howard by Ken34 and MvC Shen Woo by Tin sent. Those two are offline.
