Well first of all you have to learn the principles of KoF gameplay (play A LOT, read guides, etc)Then when you know what to do you read the documentation that comes with Mugen (the folder named "docs") to learn the basics, then you can move to tutorials. And when you have doubts use the Help section.But if you come "HAY GUYS I LOVE KOF AND WANT FOR SUM1 TO EDIT CHARACTERS TO HAVE SC AND DC CUS IT'S SO COOL PLZ HELP" they are just going to make fun of you and tell you to do it yourself (like now) and in the best case they will just ignore you.
