Well, Thanks to my Bro Seph, he converted the dds file competely into pngs without the backgrounds. ALL PORTAITS! and I mean ALL OF THEM (except the small select screen ports :P. get those from the other link). I FUCKING LOVE YOU SEPH (no homo).

Here is a question for ya Sal-Azul
Since you are able to EXTRACT the original pics from KOFXIII would you be able to import new pics to the game if I edited a few of them.  Lets say I make new portraits for my character using the ones you extracted, would you then be able to replace the pics for Kyo for instance?

Yeah, it's all possible. Hell, all you need is a .dds converter to convert a png to .dds then replace the original file. :P
You can even change the character names too since they are pngs as well. :twisted:

EDIT: all I'm saying is the the engine itself is simply THERE. You can edit it, dump it, create a new game, etc. SNK really screwed up there. :P

I added the small portraits too :p
Some files are corrupted, but thats only 4 of the "negotiation" portraits. I will update them later.

Technically I already did these with transparency but whatever, doesnt matter. (though I didn't have the portraits for the lifebars but those are just the resized select screen art so I didn't bother)
