There's a problem for me with this character's (and his other AA characters) AI. I've changed the AI to level 4 (hard) in the Ai.cns, but the AI didn't become any harder. I'm using mugen 1.0 RC8. Any1 know how to solve?

9 hasn't finished his AI yet.  There's a fellow called Hutano that makes patches for them though, that you might be interested in.

Aside from what MC2 said, don't make AI such a high priority.
