Actually, I just like the classic outfit better

... the boots are nonsense in 2K3.
IIRC has more frames and moves in general, but I could be proven wrong.

Nice, I didn't know she was an option (one of my favorites really).

If you're doing this for the latest mugen, the palette-swapping on the fly would allow for the interesting possibility of her switing to Riot of the Blood mode look mid-fight - which could be another way to use MAX mode if you're so inclined, although perhaps not making her as broken as her in-game appearances have been - just the MAX mode perks of your choice (could include a boost in damage or speed too, not my choice) with the Riot Leona specific animations. since the mode's meant to be temporary anyway.

I hope the suggestion isn't pushing it too much, but seems like a nice way to blend a game mechanic from Kof 97/98 or 2002 with a plot/gameplay aspect specific to her.

Just my other 2 cents about a character I prefer, once again ignore at will.

hohoho Iron wanted to do that with Ultimate Garou, but I always thought it clashed too much with the rest of the KOF cast.

Still a great base to start from, if you want to edit any moves (like the bow intro w/Geese)

Yes, I know, and after playing with his Billy in the UG demo, I felt in love... I voted for him to be released for "normal Mugen", but Mr Karate and Harui were too popular!

Screw what I said before do Leona. I really like Tin's but I'm sure an update is in order at this point.

I'd say Mary too but only if you keep all her moves. it seems like they nerfed or removed some of her coolest moves in later versions.

Also for the record cciAndy is a bastard...
