This is my christmas gift. It would have had an original Christmas release but everything I do must come with AI.
So here he is: Krillin in Choujin Style

His sprites are from Shin Butoden. They may look a little deformed because of the scaling to make him a reasonble size.(He's smaller naturally)
The pallettes are tweaked to feel teh way I want them to, including altered skin color etc.(These are all edited to some extent.
Unlike buu I actually made sure that pallettes work with Krillin ( years worth of experience will do that )

Krillin becomes the first person to have a Level 2 Kamehameha and rightfully so, his kamehameha shouldn't be as effectient as the others. The Destructo disc is Krillin's primary weapon. Release it in the air or on the ground and it will track down the opponent.

Use the solar flare to stop an oppenent in their tracks (if they're looking of course I:E in an attack or normal standing state)
It can only be executed every 40 seconds or so.  This translates to about once per round.\

Vegeta has the Dragon punch. I added my Street  Fighter Tribute by giving Krillin the hurricane kick.(it can't hit opponents behind him though)

His AI is Beatable but challenging..The solar flare allows him to beat oppponents when in positions where others would lose. Human opponents can get out quicker by tapping buttons.



Vegeta and Airvegeta moves now tweaked for comboability and usefulness.
His Ai also uses them now.

Trunks got a small update.  For some coherence, I switched his ki blast sprites with those of choujin's trunks. (they are now yellow of course) These sprites are prettier and it creates a connection between the two characters.

wow been waiting for krillin in mugen for a long time.... just amazing  :sugoi: except it has horrible grafix... oh well still something man
well i did find one wierd bug.... on some stages if u do a destructo disc or w/e u call it the disk lingers and sometimes does upto a 28 hit combo.... although it does the same damage but i mean its so easy to do an instant kill when the opponent is hit and cornered.... this only happens on some stages... i think its just badly coded stages.... the stage namek island is one where the glitch happens

PS. what happened to ginyu being released for x-mas? oh and also i cant download burter off ur website because it seems all the links have expired

Thanks for this release.  I have all of Choujins releases and the rest.  Ive been waiting for Ginyu too but I wont rush :)

I kinda liked did the linger effect  on purpose. And he doesnt get trapped on any of the stages I use(i've fought on most) I'll check into the namek islands one.
The disc can do a random number of hits depending on where you throw it from and its angle of contact but i made sure it does the same damage reguardless of hits(270). I may increase the time left in the throwing motion to stop the ai from chaining it as much.

I know the burter link is down. He's horribly broken and cause many crashes, I plan on updating him soon. Along with "trying" to work on ginyu.

Other than that,i couldn`t find many things wrong(maybe infinite priority in some moves,specially his kicks,but i think it`s part of the chars gameplay)

well i kinda noticed he always did the same damage but i mean it lingers for 28 hits... u can kill ur opponent since he is stuck for some time... u can chain 2 kamekamha's or charge and do a dragonrush....

You can view his original size by simply setting the size parimeter to 1 on X and Y in the krillin.cns file. He's 1.15 times his normal size.
I contemplated the infinite priority thing. His arms are so short that he gets beat by most of the other players on his moves. The infinite gives him a small edge.  He's so small though that infinite priority on him is still very small. Usually the bigger the player is the less I do the infinite priority thing. I think burter has none because he's so big he can reach anybody.

I'll see if I can set the juggle system to stop it at 10 or 8

I fight the problem. it was in the leftbound rightbound.....code for Namek island.  It needed to be set to -1000 and 1000

The disc works the way its supposed to on stages coded this way.

I updated the Namek island stage with this fix.

- It's a lie, Kamehameha can't be done in air !
- The meteosmash command in the CMD is useless.
- Why do the first hits of Dragon Rush don't do any damage ?
- How about coding the Destructo Disk like Cell's Cell Jr attack, with the disk being able to come back on the screen, but maybe also being able to hit Krillin ?

Nice character anyway. Sprites are not top notch, but the gameplay seems solid enough and quite close to Choujin's style. Good job once again. :)

Lol My bad, did I Leave that in the Readme? I didn't give Krillin the Air kamehameha Because he can do his destructo disk in the air. I wanted the destructo disk to be he primary weapon and for him to only have 1 air super (like all of the other characters)

Similar to Choujin's Goku, the Dragon Rush doesn't take its damage until the end of the sequence. I loaded up the damage on the later part that happens while the blue speedlines are there. It creates a little feeling where if he's doing it on you, you can't tell if you are going to die, until the end.

I got the bulk of that Destructo Disk code from Big Eli King's 18. While I was coding her (and removing code) I noticed that one of her other forms had the disk. Immediately I thought about that I could use it to make Krillin. (Thats what pushed him to the top of my things to do list). I haven't figured out how to make my  own move hit Player 1. The disk is a helper.

Also, If i could figure out how to make helpers created by me do damage to me (that might help me code ginyu)


Minor bug fixes, not Critical to Krillins gameplay will be fixed in the next release.
