I still hold by what I said, you are using a soft edged brush or a gaussian blur or something while they use a solidshade without even dithing that transfers into the next into the next. Soft edged shading looks better, but also I don't think its as easy to maintain in animation.

well here you go like it hate it whatever , pants are going wild and the left hand still need a bit more work
dont know if the rame rate is ok  but Adobe Image Ready does not help me too much. well first try  --;


first one is 128-colors



second one is 256




and just noticed I have to clean the edge ......God  :-X

Many shading elements and clothing folds in the pants are static, which ruins the animation IMO.  This is not something that would matter much with a smaller sprite, but in HD (possibly high res as well) everything is more noticeable.

Yeah, while it's quite nice, the animation is not so fluid and some shading still needs some work.

As said, the pants grow strangely, and there is some inconsistency on their outlines.
His right biceps isn't animated at all, which makes it strange compared to his right forearm.
As aokmaniac said, the shades should move accordingly to the movement of the character, which isn't the case at allon his pants.

What seems to be the last frame of the animation is where the parts start to look weird. Such as the shading/outlining on the crotch area and the thigh areas, that are quite noticable if you keep your eyes on his pants for the whole animation. Also, his left arm seems to be dislocating and getting put back together as you watch the whole animation through. And is it just me or does his right arm seem weird as well? He has the forearm and hand animations but the bicep areas don't move at all.

And like everyone else says shading needs work in a few of the frames, they seem to be constant and/or just off, which doesn't look too good overall.
