no one seems to make a good kula so i decided to make it myself  :sugoi: but the original creator is zzzasd but yea  :)

Part of me is afraid to try it...part of me is also wondering how many crappy Kulas does MC2 have to destroy this week.

Anyway... Some things after some initial testing:

~ Her damage is a bit up there and needs a damage dampener.
~ The readme is still in Japanese. A minor gripe.
~ Her ice breath attack (QCF+P) will hit at close range with only the weak one and but the strong punch one misses at point blank range.
~ Her hair changes color in some attack animations...which I'm not sure if that happened in the source as its been a while since I've played KoF.

The up there damage? I can remember that...but... I wonder if she's supposed to start with a super meter at one in the beginning. That I don't remember in source in any KoF game.

Digging Deeper:

Her controls are whacked... (You can't do her specials properly.)
And even if the damage is a bit high like KoF...this is higher than KoF standards.
And she has priority issues.

OK, I'll test this.  Gonna keep an open mind while I download her.

But if you're using ZZSAD's as a base.....that kind of docks my expectations, but hey if you did good enough editing that shouldn't matter.  We'll see.

zzzasd isn't a bad author. It's that all his characters are all with the intention of being for his fullgame.
With some compatibility editing, his stuff ends up quite nice.

-I'm not seeing how this is "2002 UM" or "XI" other than the fact that her Freeze Execution does not connect if blocked.
-She does not have her Diamond Shoot air projectile, which she had in XI.
-She does not seem to have and super or dream cancels.  Or if she does, they are incredibly hard to do.
-She does not even appear to have a MAX mode, which was an essential part of 2002 UM.
-She doesn't appear to have the HSDM either, unless it uses the original 2002 command, which again is not 2002 UM.
-Some of her combos don't function properly cause of how the moves are done.  For example, combo one inch does not work right cause she goes too far away from the opponent for it to hit.
-Aerial C is not like it was in XI.  The explod was significantly bigger in that game.
-Big Portrait is horrible.


Add that to what Ech said and yeah.....

That's it from a few minutes of testing.  I could possibly find more from in depth testing.  Meh I'll pass on this one.  It's not horrible....it's just not good.

im still a beginner and learning as i was making this but thanks for the feedback and ill try my best and fix this  :)

And how is making your own character "not nice" even if it's an edit that it's still far from perfect as long as he applies the feedback received he can make a decent character.

People bitching that there isn't a decent character from whatever game and NOT DOING ANYTHING are "not nice".

well..let's see how this char will turn out... it can become a great kula o/  IF he applies the feedback =p

Maybe. my memory is a bit Fuzzy when it comes to KoF.

Also...there are certain attacks that's supposed to send her into a lie down state and she doesn't.

and for some reason she's also able to escape certain specials that's supposed to stun her once the first hit connects. Which shouldn't happen.
