It's really the closest thing normal Kyo has to his original Kototsuki You .I agree it has limited uses because it doesn't even straight up combo. But it looks cool at least.It's his choice whether to include it or not. I mean, do you guys even use it in a proper fight? No not really, right? I know I don't, only occasionally.
