So far he seems pretty solid.  The only thing that bothers me, is the damage from combo-ing into '212 Shiki: Kototsuki You'

- Jumping HP/HK, C. HP, '212 Shiki: Kototsuki You' = 350 damage

Another excellent character, Jmorphman/Bizarro Santa/future username.

I like the palette that has the invisible flames.

The only qualm I can find is that when you charge the MAX version of Kyo's Orochinagi, you don't always get to hit the opponent with his forward flame after juggling them.

In some games, Kyo can juggle the enemy while charging and then strike when he moves forward.

Another perfect release. Just 3 things:

- Variations of 127 Shiki: Yanosabi don't do 3 hits like 128 Shiki: Konokizu and its variations?

- (Air) HP, MP, F + HP, (EX) 75 Shiki Kai, (EX) 212 Shiki: Kototsuki You = 448 damage (same thing with Kusanagi-mode)

The only qualm I can find is that when you charge the MAX version of Kyo's Orochinagi, you don't always get to hit the opponent with his forward flame after juggling them.

I'm thinking of having the dampener activate sooner. Those combos do far too much damage.

You can do that. You just have to time it right. You can usually get up to 5 hits (2 from Kyo, 3 from the projectile). But you can only get all 6 hits in (3 from Kyo, 3 from projectile) when in the corner.

Not just level 8, IMO. I didn't test the AI at all, so I've noticed a few really really obvious bugs like that. I will get right on fixing that.

On 1.0, when Kusanagis Ai does Ura 108 Shiki: Orochinagi, he oddly cancels it into a 88 Shiki.
Also he slides when he does 88 Shiki.
Thats not right man  :-\

I encountered odd bug.

I fought Normal Kyo vs Terry by Vyn in Mugen 1.0, I was in the corner and I don't know exactly what happened (possibly Terry interupted one of Kyo moves or reverse) and then when I used y button, Kyo used power Charge instead Medium Punch. For few minutes I couldn't use MP because Power Charge activated eveytime I used y button. After while everything went back to normal. Not sure what cause this.

Great release. Now hurry up & finish Ken & Ryu patch so I can have some epic matches :P

Kusanagi voices are 44100Hz when the rips I sent were 24000Hz. Why the needless frequency increase? Guess it happened when you increased the volume. You might need to do it again and make sure they stay 24000Hz because there's really no reason for voices to be 44100Hz.

Scratch that all supers that end with an Oniyaki will cause Kyo/Kusanagi to levitate.

I think you mean Migiri Ugachi. I saw that myself shortly after the release, and have fixed it.

Neither do I. So I'll just ignore it, and blame... I dunno... Jesuszilla. He did it.

OK. I will redo all of the Kusanagi voices.

Because I had the damage values for Oniyaki switched. Fixed.
And MK R.E.D. KicK does do more damage than the LK one.

How come all variations of Shiki Kai deal damage less than s.hp?

so many hdd crashes QQ
