Anyway, what kind of KOF gameplay did you have in mind? As far as GMOTW goes, there was only one ninja-like character in that game, so it'd be cool to see another ninja with the same system.

i'm in the staff of GAROU MOTW 2 of "L"
i will suggest it for the game...
if L (the producer) no aprove...
i will release sprites n artwork in open source... or find a programmer for him
she have the same proportions... n the same style of light.. colors of garou... the only problem.. no have much sprites
actual work in artwork

but in garou is the maximum 18... cause the proportions is the same of hotaru...

Young girls with skimpy designs are creepy IMO.
Make her at least 18 or give her some decent clothes.

Wow, 15 and dressed like that.  :wall:

Honestly, I would suggest giving her more clothes. Despite there are plenty of skimpy clad characters out there, all of them are at least 18 (or looks to be at least 18) and dressed more tasteful than this. You may ignore this advice if you want.

At the very least, try to put emphasis on game play more than sexiness or appearance.

Yes I'm am complaining about age and appearance. But I am more complaining that this this character might take the appearance/sexiness-over-gameplay route, which I noted to be rather common on characters that are well done spritewise. If this character is going to take that route, then it will be dismissed as a not-so-well-done Hentai character, which is sad.

I just wanted to wish you good luck with the character!  I doubt the character will be "dismissed" to be honest because of how she is dressed and no I don't consider this a "Hentai character" it's a video game...not real..get over the age thing.  I am sorry but this made me laugh, you guys are actually talking about "age" and asking him to change the number in the description and how real people this age don't dress like that.  If it is so bothersome to you just imagine it says "18" or whatever age you wish, let this guy do his character the way he wants to, so he can move on to the more important parts of the character, how it plays.

i will release the sprites in open source...
future programmation no matter for me at now...
we no will use she in the game because the style of sprite is the same of GAROU
but no have the necessary fluence... so... will be only a sprites pack n i will release in open source
is in 60% at now...
thanks everybody for the reviews n opinions...
i think about all that sujestions... n i can use this base for release another edit in the future... but at now i will release with this (hentai style)
because have 60% finish... i thinking in do another "kureinai edit" in future... n this base will be nice for it
if her have 90 or 9 years no will be my response... i only spriting.. ops editing! ^^

Hentai characters only works if you're Goro or Kintaro. WHY?

- 2 hands for playing.

About the AGE:

Of course, it's just a bunch of pixels. Yes. She is 15, so, what? No problem with this. Xiaoyu, Athena, Asuka, and lots of girls in videogames are under age. Yes. But they're not wearing as sluts. Why? Because society ethics. They can show AS MUCH their undies. Yes, their big, black/white undies. Not a single rope hiding her vag. Even in DoA: EBV (your favourite fapping game), those under aged girls are treated with some "respect".
Maybe the hentai you like it's about 15 YO lolis, tentacles, magic wands and not magic "wands", big breasted and with open, red, and moist vags. OK, kids, keep fapping.

Acho um exagero fazer esse tipo de roupa, se ela é jovem e tem 16 anos, então ela vai ser mais discreta.
Por isso, tente aumentar a idade e a corda no lugar de roupa debaixo não pega bem, é como se ela estivesse se torturando feito uma masoquista.
