Hey guys am completely new to Mugen and am just experimenting  --; but i need a sprite for a NON CHIBI shippuden naruto and some major HELP!!!! thnx

This would be more suitable to ask in the Mugen Discussion section, but to answer your question I don't believe any such thing exists, since I'm quite sure the only made sprites are the ones from the various DS/GBA games over the last few years.

that's the problem am no good with sprites can u give me a tutorial on how to make my own sprites am good at drawing :P

Open up paint and start making something pixel by pixel. Use other sprites as a base if you want.
