mugen 1.1 laggy when i play the game,its like once i play it,it goes fast for a few mins then it lags for a few sec then fast then slow etc,if sumone had this issue is there a setting or sumthing to prevent this problem
Sounds like you have another application running in the background that periodically hogs resources. Maybe an anti-virus?

I think I know what's going on. You must lower the cache and other stuff that consumes memory in the mugen.cfg. There will be more loading between matches and when you go back to the system screens but you will most likely avoid slowdown at all that way. It worked for me at least when I had my cache and other settings at max.

You're going to have to learn how to edit your mugen.cfg file. Open it with either notepad or wordpad. Then scroll down to the [Config] Section, Disable draw shadows and start lowering some numbers to get better results. Side Note: This is still in alpha form and I myself have noticed debug cache overloads that aren't properly being flushed, if you detect this issue report it for future fixes.
