I cannot find a working link to a download for the latest version of Koakuma.  Apparently it got updated to even have a voice with it now.

I tried my best, but either..

A)  nobody has it, or

B)  They all lead to what is supposedly the guy's blog, but it's a blog and doesn't have any direct routes to any downloads.  Infact there isn't anything that says you can download ANY character from there anyways!

Search for "ダウンロードはこちら" ("here's the download") in the left side of his page.
